The Murphy on the Tracks Location

The Murphy is located just 1.5 miles northwest of Downtown Gilbert at 904 W. Guadalupe Rd.

The Murphy on the Tracks

The Murphy is named after Frank Murphy who in 1903 built the Arizona Eastern Railway through what is now the town of Gilbert. A railroad depot followed in 1905 just west of Gilbert Road and in very close proximity to The Murphy, it was torn down in 1969. The Murphy is a modern-take on this depot and the community that it helped foster over 100 years ago.
